Roots Through Recovery is a trauma-focused outpatient treatment center for adults and adolescents in Long Beach, CA. We have proudly served the Long Beach community since 2016.
We offer dedicated morning and afternoon tracks for primary mental health, primary substance abuse and chronic pain, provided by an experienced and compassionate clinical team of physicians, clinical psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, drug and alcohol counselors and integrated wellness practitioners.
Our program integrates EMDR, mindfulness, and other cognitive, process, experiential, and expressive therapies, to address the mind, body and spirit. The goal of this approach is to address unresolved trauma, expose our clients to a variety of tools, and help them to develop the skills needed to live a healthy, productive and fulfilling life in recovery. Roots also provides all of our clients with individual therapy, weekly case management, and family therapy.
