Job Description

About:

Hollywood Recovery Centers (HRC) is seeking counselors to be SUD group facilitators/case managers to treat clients and/or to help with other counselors on the team at our outpatient PHP/IOP/OP facility in Hollywood Hills.

Mission:

To help our clients attain not just sobriety, but the career and life they want. We achieve this through a close-knit team of highly motivated and dedicated staff that takes our patients by the hand and guides them through the entire recovery process with compassion and dedication. Our clients are generally very treatment resistant and our clinical focus is harm reduction, so it’s critical that our staff be able to connect with our clients and speak their language.

Responsibilities:

We are hiring for 3 positions…

1– Counselor: responsible for case management, about a dozen clients a week via zoom, and running about 1 group a day via zoom. M-F 9-5.

2– Help our main group facilitator take notes, as his groups have 30 clients. This must be done in-house together with the group facilitator. You will also be assigned case management clients to be treated via zoom. M-F 9-5

3– Tech: Since our lead tech will be taking time off soon, we would initially want you to shadow and learn how to do our lead tech’s job of monitoring groups via zoom to ensure all clients are present, active and compliant during sessions, update attendance sheet, monitor notes, etc. This would be M-F 9-5 and has huge potential to be a long term position for case management or perhaps tech that lasts beyond filling in for the lead tech while he’s away. This job must be done in-house..

The Impact You’ll Make:

Save people’s lives in a nurturing work-place and beautiful setting with a kick-ass and supportive staff.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum RADT, CADC preferred, must have minimum 1 year sober and at least 6 months experience running groups and case management for SUD. Must be able to chart notes properly and on time. Must be persistent at getting clients to come on zoom and following our protocols.

Compensation:

$50,000-$55,000 commensurate with experience. Open to negotiation for superstars with CADC or higher

PTO and health insurance

M-F 9-5
