Job Description

Magnolia Women’s Recovery Programs, Inc. is a residential treatment program that provides drug and alcohol treatment to women who are pregnant or with children in Alameda County.

We seek qualified candidates for the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Residential Monitor positions who understand substance use disorder addiction, treatment & recovery; able to facilitate educational groups; have excellent interpersonal skills and can multi-task; skilled in crisis intervention skills; able to maintain healthy & appropriate treatment boundaries; and, have a strong commitment to working in a diverse workplace. This is a full-time, nonexempt position with full benefits. See attached PDF for the full description.

Because Magnolia is a state-licensed and certified non-medical adult residential alcohol and drug treatment program for women, applicants are required to be registered and certified through one of the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) accredited organizations recognized by the CA Department of Health Care Services.
