Job Description
Alongside the Program Director, the Program Coordinator will oversee direct service staff and the Drug Court Case Manager & Recovery Coach Mentor), provide guidance to the Drug Court Recovery Coaches, oversee coordination of program activities in North County office and Mariposa Heritage House. This position will integrate case management and care coordination into drug court model, while also overseeing and implementing case
management & care coordination for Drug Court participants. In collaboration with the Recovery Coach Mentor, they will also implement the recovery coach academy and host
ongoing sober support activities. They are responsible for bi-annual, annual and final progress reports to SAMHSA.
The Program Coordinator will support operations by providing oversight and supportive services to participants and supervising select staff, under the guidance of the Program Director. This position reports to the Program Director.
Position will provide direct supervision and work closely with the Drug Court team, collect data and prepare concise reports.
