The Associate Director of Behavioral Health (BH) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services is an unlicensed staff person with education and training in both behavioral health and substance use disorder specialties. This position may directly or indirectly supervise unlicensed and/or certified SUD (CADAC) staff performing SUD and/or DUI services and may also assist with management duties assigned by the Director of BH regarding licensed independent practitioners (LIPs). Additionally, the Associate Director will manage grant and payer programs, special BH/SUD initiatives, and work with special population sites/health centers regarding BH/SUD integration including the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program. This staff position may also be involved in data collection, data integrity and data reporting activities for NEVHC as it relates to BH and SUD data. This position requires the candidate to be either a registration or certification in Substance Use Disorders
