Our mission is to disrupt the cycle of incarceration by helping at-risk youth and justice-involved people towards empowered self-sufficiency.

Through a combination of education, encouragement, specialized training, and additional support, we help people overcome barriers in the areas of housing, behavioral health, substance abuse, life skills and employment.

Vision

Our communities should foster empowered self-sufficiency for all. Where people from different backgrounds and histories have the opportunity to become independent citizens who thrive and give back to society.
