Company Description

Quality structured sober living with outpatient treatment in the city of Denver, CO. We offer community-based treatment, and sober living for each phase of treatment including transitional housing for those in long-term sobriety. For those who are not engaged in treatment we also offer stand alone sober living.

Phase One of Treatment:

During phase one of treatment clients receive intensive services five days a week. If they are residing in our sober living they are provided with additional rules and structure to help ease the transition into the community. Our housing is highly structured in phase one, and will have staff to assist with medication management, and administration. We offer MAT including suboxone, vivitrol, and other anti-craving medications.

Clients will explore mental health issues, trauma issues, and the underlying factors of their use. In phase one clients will meet with a therapist weekly, the medical director weekly, our spiritual healer weekly, and are assigned a recovery coach to help with life skills training/ and community recovery engagement. Recovery coaches are all in recovery themselves and will help you find a sponsor, a homegroup, or just a mutual peer support group you enjoy.

Phase one is a comprehensive wrap-around program that supports transition to the community, in a safe, stable, structured environment. Even with more serious mental health issues you can expect to stabilize and see drastic improvement in how you feel, and your hope for the future.

Phase Two of Treatment:

This phase is for people either living from home, or who have been in the sober living and completed phase one requirements. Phase two incorporates five day a week services either three to six hours daily, and continues to provide high levels of support both clinically and socially. You can expect more freedom in this phase and independence is encouraged. As you go through phase two, we will support you in returning to work full or part time, and managing the difficulties included with early recovery.

Phase two allows you to continue working with your primary supports on a weekly basis with a transition to bi-weekly individual, and medical appointments. When you complete phase two you will have a strong foundation of recovery skills, and a better grasp and understanding of underlying contributors to your substance use disorder.

Phase Three of Treatment:

Phase three is a great place to start if you have had a lapse/ brief relapse or are a working professional who may not be able to take time off work. Phase three is the final phase of intensive treatment, and we encourage our residents to be out of phase one housing, with something to occupy time outside of treatment (school, work, volunteer.) This is a traditional working professionals’ phase of nine hours three times a week that lasts eight to twelve weeks with a gradual step down into our alumni program.

During phase three you can expect to meet with your individual therapist at least five times, as well as our medical director at least four times. We will assist you in medication management, and any ongoing MAT. Your therapist will assist you in working through any ongoing trauma symptoms, and learning how to manage your sobriety long-term. There is a strong emphasis on recovery behaviors including managing your mental health within the same framework of your substance use disorder. When you graduate phase three you will be free to attend our continuing care program the remainder of your first year of sobriety.
